BACKGROUND: This course examines concepts of effective supervision. It will allow participants to understand the Management Process of an Organization, Effective Communication, Evaluating and Coaching of Subordinates, Understanding the Functions of Leadership, Motivational Skills, Effective Team Building, Human Resource Development and the Ideal Supervisor’s Role, Qualities and Functions.
TARGET GROUP: This course is targeted at Aspiring Supervisors, Supervisors/Middle Managers.
