Pastry & Bread Making
Participants will acquire the basic hands on knowledge & skills in bread and pastry making. They will also gain the theoretical knowledge which will assist them in carrying out their practical exercises.

Types of quick bread & mixing methods
Changes during baking bread
Production stages in bread making
Participants work will be assessed and graded through practical exercises and a theoretical quiz at the end of the course.
Deposit 50% and pay-off balance one month later
